Isabella Ma is a professionally trained and fully certified master of Pilates, now working in both Guangzhou and Hong Kong. Her specialties are Prenatal (Antenatal) and Postnatal Pilates; Pilates for Golf; Pilates for Physical Therapy; and Pilates for Seniors. She is the only trainer in Mainland China certified to teach the use of the Pilates Reformer equipment. A Hong Kong AASFP-certified of APFT since 2000, Isabella Ma has earned about twenty internationally-recognized certificates from some of the most famous masters in the Pilates world. She was trained in basic Pilates by Rael Isacowitz the founder of BASI, then studied Polestar Pilates under Dawnna Wayburne, the Education Director of Polestar Pilates Asia Inc. She studied Pregnancy (Pre & Post) Pilates at the Australian GSHSS, and was trained in Powerhouse Pilates in by Christine Romani-Ruby. Isabella also had the privilege to study orthodox Pilates, including ‘Body Walk,’ and Pilates Reformer, under 72-year-old ‘Pilates Elder’ Lolita San Miguel.
